registration.

of three years if you have not
attended.
- If you are
over 75.

Maternity Services
Women benefit from cervical
screening, contraceptive and
maternity medical services.
- Chronic
Disease Management
We provide regular follow-up
care for a whole range of
chronic diseases which include
cardiovascular disease,
hypertension and stroke,
diabetes, asthma and COPD,
thyroid, cancer, epilepsy and
mental health problems.
- Enhanced
Services
We provide enhanced services for
improved access, childhood
immunisations, influenza
immunisation and minor surgery.
Baby Clinic held on Thursdays

- Specialist
Services
We provide specialist services
for anti-coagulation monitoring,
vulnerable people, alcohol
misuse, IUCD fitting and
patients with multiple
sclerosis.

Advice
We provide a full range of
travel immunisations, some of
which incur a charge.

Piers Spencer, GOsC
registered, provides independent
osteopathic services on site.
- Referrals
to other Primary Care
Professionals
We arrange referrals to
midwives, social workers,
physiotherapy, Macmillan nurses
and other primary care
professionals.
