We welcome everybody to our practice.

The requirement is that you live within our catchment area, (SW1) Victoria, Pimlico, Belgravia, Westminster, (SW3) Kensington, Chelsea, (SW8) North Battersea, alternatively please call one of our Receptionists, Debbie or Lawrence on 020 7824 8827.

If you would like to register, please download the below GMS1 form, fill in your details and bring this with your Photo ID and proof of address on the day. Please bring your NHS card with you if you have it. If you don’t have it the receptionist may ask you some questions in order to establish your eligibility for NHS treatment.

The receptionist will register you with our practice, this means that you are free to see any member of our team. You can choose to see whichever Doctor you prefer.
