Medical Students

Dr Groves is a Trained Tutor for Imperial College Medical School, and feels that education of our future doctors is very important for a sustainable, successful NHS. She teaches Core Medical Skills to the 4th year students, demonstrating to them how to examine patients, how to recognise common diseases, and how to interact appropriately with patients.  She sometimes asks patients to come in especially to meet her students for a dedicated teaching session, which proves to be good fun for all. On occasion there may be a student sitting in with her as she conducts her clinic, if there is there will be a clear notice for patients at reception. If you feel at all uncomfortable with a student being present when you see Dr Groves, just let reception know and the student will be asked to wait outside. Should you want to become involved in the student teaching, again, please just let reception know and you will be more than welcome to join the group.
