request a repeat prescription in
three
ways.
- By handing
your repeat slip at the desk in
the repeat prescriptions box.
- By sending it
in the post with a stamped
self-addressed envelope.
- By faxing it
to us.

Make sure you tick
the medication required and please
allow for 48 hours normally to
process your request.
We are unable to
accept repeat prescription requests
by telephone.
